A management team at the right level, with less micromanagement and more depth. A more human-oriented HR policy.

I may have been working for too long in the company, but i feel that we are not willing to change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the nature of my projects are really strategic and i am not reconnize for it. Also on the job market i could be raised by 50%
