Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our pay level is below market range, I get paid less than people who oversee one show that makes more money but I oversee 6+ shows and it doesn't mean it's less work if anything it' more having all of them produce at the same time. We have no actual perks and our medical benefit package is a bad
