The sense of inclusivity for all genders, sexual orientations, ages, ethnical backgrounds, etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the recognition and compensation don't seem to align with the level of effort and dedication I put into my work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Directors are intimidating employees and putting us in vulnerable positions by blaming us for the shortcomings, instead of leading with confidence, empathy, and a human approach.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should focus more on caring for the people, rather than solely prioritizing sales or increasing attendance at events. Myself and my colleagues often feel uncomfortable, pushed to our limits, and at times even ashamed or threatened by superiors (Directors)
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is the strong sense of collaboration. Everyone is willing to help one another, and there's a shared commitment to achieving our goals. We also have a lot of diverse perspectives, which leads to creative solutions and a positive atmosphere
