The events scenarium, company goals, workload and workforce has changed since I have been hired, as well as benefits offered at that time.

As part of our professional development, over the years we accumulate new work and expand our scope of activities. However, compensation is not reviewed and benefits have been altered (downgraded) following HR Harmonization.
