I love working here. It's hard work and extremely stressful at times, but hey, pressure is a privilege. Working tireless to build these shows is exhausting, but seeing the pay-off for our customers and our fans is worth it every time. I'm proud of the career I've built here.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation plan continues to get worse. Can't help but feel financially penalized post-promotion. Loss of overtime and structural change in comp plan from exec to manager makes that initial promotion bittersweet. Growth shouldn't be something employees are fiscally afraid of.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fellow passion of my team. We care about our industry, our customers and fans. Working together to build something really special and see the collective payoff is awesome. Being able to collaborate with people I enjoy working with is so important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work very hard- regularly having early morning calls with Australia and late-night calls with Japan to start and end my day, and that doesn't include the 10+ weekends I'm on the road helping at shows. Being able to work from home makes the long hours and travel somewhat manageable Big positive.
