Parallon Business Solutions: To be paid equally with counterparts and the market value of the position.
Chipotle: Managing, scheduling, treatment of their employees, get rid of bias etc etc
Panera Bread: That every day is going to go well
Google: Need to think beyond ivy league. Lots of talent lost because of snootiness

Academy Sports & Outdoors: The connection with most managers or supervisors.
Oracle: A beer bust isn't frowned upon. Everyone's door is open.
Target: Clean, comfortable, but off stage areas are way too cramped and inefficient.
