Mount Sinai Health System: Although the comp was low in comparison to health systems of similar size and stature, the benefits package was shocking (esp. in terms of health coverage) with employee contributions further eating away at already low salaries.
Apple: Increase fairness in interviewing and hiring practices internally.
Caesars Entertainment: Needs to value and respect employees.

Walmart: Relating and communicating with their employees. Just because you're in a higher position doesn't make you a better person than anyone else. Many have a problem keeping their feet on the ground. Granted, not everyone has this problem but quite a few.
