What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They focus on quantity of employees not quality. So, naturally with that mindset, incredible turnover rates.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just, miscommunication constantly...more focus on unity and communication would solve a lot of problems in the store.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They ask a lot of you, working over time almost everyday and then at the end of the two weeks before the end of the pay period they ask you to leave early so they don’t have to pay you overtime.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Managers direct us and we usually end up really disorganized because they’ll tell different people to do a one person task, employees need to get together before we all start working so we can figure what we’re going to do out w/o managers distracting us and disuniting us.
