I think that could just get good at leadership period and not treat all of people like some kind of errand boy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop bringing their trash to work with them and leave that at home. Always complaining like their the only ones that are going therw something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just beleive for all those hours I put in an 28th all of the stuff that I have to go through every single day without fail, that I should be paid more. It's the least that they could do.
