I use to love going to work everyday until I started realizing that the current store manager has an anger problem. She yells instead of communicates with her team.
First of all, our store manager needs to stop "yelling" like a child, to her management team because her unrealistic goals didn't pull through. Yelling during meetings and over the radio isn't very proffessional. It shows poor leadership and creates a hostile environment.
Walmart has to many stipulations before you qualify for any compensations. You should be able to qualify for medical right away after deciding to become an employee. Compensate all salary mangers not just co's or store managers, when it is time for a transfer from one store to another.
It begins with a leader that knows what it is to respect her team and lead them with realistic goals. Find solutions not present anger by yelling and making them feel like they are failures. After she learns to present this everyday, her management team can pass it on to create a teamwork environment
