Actively listening to it's floor employees and not changing policy every few months. It only makes things confusing!

My coworkers are fine; it's the upper management that's the problem. They assume that they understand our store needs even though they're in there like once every couple months.
The micro-managing from upper management needs to stop. We know what we're doing, we don't need to be told that plan C is the way when plan B was working just fine! It can be so frustrating.
