
To be more in touch with front line staff and stop managing through spreadsheets and fear tactics. Stop hiring managers that bully employees and start hiring managers and people that inspire others.
Begin to have a true LMP snd UBT, stop wasting millions of $ on salaries for people that push a fasle agenda of inclusion when noone believes it because the actions of the senior managers down do the DA's is just about volume of patients and cutting budgets.
Many staff are bullies and have bad attitudes. They only care about their check not about the sick people we are to help. This attitude is wrong for this envoirnment. Get rid of toxic people and bring in people that care for others and want to help and are hospitable.
Stop hiring MBA's and bean counters that simply look at spreadsheets. Start creating an envoirnment of truly caring people from the CAO to the service staff. Too many complacent, lazy and uncaring selfish people. Stop trying to lure staff with the carrot for psp & then say no, we didnt make budget.
