UnitedHealth Group: transparency, customer service, patient care
Trader Joe's: Born in LA County. Only 2 stores in the 70ies. I became addicted and it became my main source food and household items. I was transferred to San Francisco and when I couldn't get to LA my mom would pack a box of food items weekly and send to me on the express bus. I picked up the box after work!
Forever 21: less expensive and better quality
LongHorn Steakhouse: Ehhh depends in who your direct supervisor is, and if you are lucky enough to work at high volume. If its a slow restaurant amd you are a manager, yoy get less managers, make no money have less labor and work 70 plus hours. And no bonus
Steelcase: Was able to talk to a lot of people so I could get a sense of the people I'd be working with
U-Haul: In my opinion as an employee, I think it need a lots of training for employees
Sprouts Farmers Market: Dallas coworkers we do like each other we can work together it's the management
TaskUs: the chillness and everything. they openness
NXP Semiconductors: it was the highest in the market
Steelcase: Their furniture is appealing and seems to be reliable so far.
Rent-A-Center: none of it its bad
TJ Maxx: If you have any mental or physical disabilities, do not work for this company. I have both, and in my four years working here, have received no accommodations for either. Most people only get one 15 minute break per shift, which they will be happy to confiscate if your CEC doesn't like you.
Kroger: Communication, professionalism, and understanding of worker productivity

Stryker: Middle management stress levels are through the roof. Business Unit managers are unreasonable and HR Business partners are snakes. Company is very inconsistant on policies and rules only apply to certain individuals.

Sprouts Farmers Market: An overall sense of a cohesive "vision":. I have solar and now I feel I am being punished with huge settlement fees. I asked the human person to help me set a BBP to avoid another huge settlement fee. She never did.

Lehigh Valley Health Network: Changes are not discussed, dictator like decisions are made, I was told there is no discussion of questions and to use my "options" and leave if I don't like the decisions made. Keep this in mind if you consider applying to work in this network.

Sally Beauty: they all think theyre better than their employees and mt manager weites me up for tjings i never did and when i argue, they lie to the employee concern line. despite having proof of all of my claims, i am continuously treated like a liar and not taksn seriously.

Nike: They have a rather high price for most of their products, which seem inflated when compared to the competitors. you will always find something cheaper that works exacly the same.

CarMax: They have legitimately created a true user friendly no haggle pricing culture, where all of the staff seems to enjoy helping each other make sure your car buying experience is as stress free and easy as possible
Abbott: Co-locate teams and reduce the the amount of meetings.
Novelis Inc.: Being human and learning decency
KinderCare Education: Not lying to parents all the time
Newell Brands: loyal customer, i have never had issues with products
Daikin North America: Very supportive and collaborative, always willing to hep
Meijer: Nice bosses and care about there employees and customers
Advance Auto Parts: It wasn't as formal as some interviews I've had.
Sodexo: Exciting, but micro managed and too branded minded
GEICO: Customer Service for car policy notification complaint
Home Goods: Rather than telling you what I value I would like to tell you one thing that would be a big game changer - your "sticker" labels. I understand you're concerned about shoplifting, but the stickers are impossible to get off - especially glassware and paper products. They putt off in about 30 pieces.
Burger King: Everything and understand things better
JetBlue Airways: customer service and better communication

UPS: Customers like me use UPS because we trust what we send will arrive at its destination safely, this isn't about being on-time its about ensuring the delivery. I shipped 7 boxes, from Waldorf Maryland to San Francisco - only 1 box arrived, only 1 box was shown as delivered in the photo - Trust Lost

WIS International: Improve how this company functions
Cotton On Group: Lower prices like original goal when founded.
Medtronic: I used to really enjoy my job, but constant rotation of leadership and organizational structure combined with disempowerment of decision-making at anything but the highest levels has made us slow. It's a shame to see the company wearing down piece by piece.
