MetLife: MetLife has a solid company culture with a wide variety of internal positions. However, the struggle to keep up with the technology of other competitors with some systems like MetLink being dismal compared to competitors.
Costco: Costco used to be a family careing for one another- now it's about efficency. The work is not rewarding, management doesnt acknowledge successes, and the tear you dont when you dont do something right- rather than making it a learning opportunity. Supervisor here burned out.
