No. Most of us are used for being gaslighted by the leaders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership, the very constant changes. In just one year, I have been moved for 4 different LOB despite having a good score and attendance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First of all, even if you are a striving when it comes to your scorecard, the incentives will not suffice that hard work you made for the whole month, plus, the salary offered here is too low.
