as already said, we are not robots

they are friendly and hard working

idk anymore, my attitude used to be more positive, now i am just disappointed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to our needs more and stop taking away our benefits. This only makes working here worse and deprives us of motivation

we are not allowed to talk and our manager separates us and changes our places if he sees that we start becoming friends,

Take into considerations our needs like heating/cooling temperatures, the fact that working every single weekend causes exhaustion and does not contribute to work life balance, give us real opportunities to learn and to grow instead of wasting our potential in repetitive tasks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A benefit I used to love was flexibility with the schedule. It was so helpful in maintaining a healthy work life balance. We could work as full time employees while maintaining our out of work responsibilities and hobbies intact. A few weeks ago management decided that this was no longer an option.
