Manager says they are overwhelmed, they don't have time for everyone on their direct reports. Better affordable health choices.

Long term employees are overlooked in salary ranges and promotions. Compensation at competitors are higher, it is why we are losing good talent

Older associates aren't compensated for the hard and successful work they do for the company. No promotions are provided, even level changes. Told there is not business reason to do so.
