I am grateful to be a part of the company, however, our boss seems to have different interest and not handling well the team, he always feels right above all and we felt small always.

we are handling multiple and extended sites that compensation and the position are not fit

Coordination ; able to handle things in a positive way even there are a lot of challenges given outside our scope by our boss.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
none; it seems different to other department leaders and in every meeting, he always de-motivate us, even we have clear and open mind to work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The immediate superior seemed to be complicated at all times that in every meeting we felt like in an investigation or being hot seat always, we know that we need to learn more, but this is not the way of absorbing. I've been to many different leaders in different industry, but this is not the same.
