My overall experience at our company from recruitment up until now as we are undergoing the training processes. I could confidently say that it was a smooth transition. And all personal are very nice and professional.

The most positive about the culture and environment at our company is that every single personnel that I got to interact with are very approachable, professional and some of them are funny also.

What I like about the leadership team is that they are guiding us to better understand the processes relating to our work. They also motivates us on achieving not just our personal carrer growth, but also our shared goals for the company.

The best things about my team is they are very optimistic, caring, professional, funny but not in any ways that could negatively affect our work. This also makes the our working environment healthy and open for more collective efforts towards achieving our team objective.
What makes you most happy at work?
The things that makes me happy at work aside from having a friendly and competitive team. I also like the addition facilities that could cater our needs, for example the gaming room to ease our boredom or somewhere to spend our time during breaks.
