Upper management talks to you like your a burden or dumb. Despite being able to do the job to stay in standard. Benefits are good though.
Aimbridge Hospitality: I love my hotel and GM. We have recently had some management turnover which has caused a decrease in moral. I fear our effectiveness as a team is declining despite consistent efforts from most of the staff to uphold the Aimbridge policies and way of operating.
