LHC Group: LHC is a wonderful place to work in many ways, however there is a huge disconnect between home office and the reality of the field. Impossible standards & expectations with lower pay make it difficult to compete in the local markets for staff across all positions.
LHC Group: Good and bad aspects, but the bad is all at corporate level. Too many surveys and audits, too much stress and not enough pay and benefits to make it worth it.

TaskUs: Good at first, but the company cannot sustain the goodness they embodied at first. Now it is just a typical workplace that makes you question yourself if it's really worth it to stay. I don't see my self staying here for a couple of years anymore. I feel unappreciated.
