I think the skills allowance. It's kinda big.

my team is diverse and I feel very inspired and ambitious whenever I'm with them, they're very welcoming. I can be myself as well all the time.

the best thing is that the environment and culture in the company is everyone is encourage to speak their mind. It's just shows that the company cares for their employees perspective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
what I like the best about the leadership team is that they build connection with the employees and they really take time and extra effort to know each and everyone like their preferences and such.
What makes you most happy at work?
the work environment. I'm very much happy with my team mates, with work management. The staffs are very welcoming. Basically, the work is radiating vibes that makes you want to go to work every day.
