I've only been with the company for less than 6 months but I've already been given the chance to moved up. I appreciate how the company considers each teammates performance over tenure to make sure that the person they will promote best fits the job.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
So far it has been great. Even though I've been working for only less than a year I was not deprive of the opportunity to be promoted. The company provides equal opportunity to all and has been a merit based promotion system.

The people I work with and the environment.

The best part of my compensation package is my skills allowance and experience bonus.

What makes me happy the most at work is my colleagues who are very supportive of one another.

I think the best part of my compensation is the monthly incentives we receive on top of our salary.

What I like the best about our leadership team is their camaraderie. They actively support each other and show good example for us teammates.

One of the best things about our team is our communication. Most of the team shares their feedback and are open for advise on how to improve on their work.

I admire how they were able to arrange people with somehow the same personality in one training wave. It helps us understand one another and work better as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company's core value emphasizes on respect and balance. It focuses on listening to reason and being flexible, making sure that the both the company and the teammates have a win-win situation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I appreciate the most about our leadership team is their willingness to spend time to get to know every teammate. They would spend time in and outside work to mingle with the teammates and always offer assistance.

The most positive about the company's culture is being people first. I appreciate how the company makes sure of each employee's wellbeing to ensure that they have the support that they need so that they can give their best at work.
