Good environment, offers work-life balance, but the salary is not competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that they offer work-life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and helpful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not everyday that I'm excited to go to work especially when I feel like I'm not being compensated well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'd say we are all okay working together in the team even though we're in a working from home setup we still communicate well at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am not being paid well despite the additional workload when our LOB has merged recently. I got a yearly increase because of my good performance however the amount really disappointed me. It doesn't match my work performance and it's starting to make me think if it's still worth it.
