Aimbridge Hospitality: I feel that we do not pay our staff enough compared to other management companies
Aimbridge Hospitality: I came from outside the hospitality industry and had significant challenges at previous employers. Aimbridge has allowed me to be myself and thrive both personally and professionally. I intend to retire from Aimbridge!
Aimbridge Hospitality: We have the tools we need to do our jobs. We have knowledgeable people. We have meeting and we are always informed.
Aimbridge Hospitality: I enjoy working for Aimbridge, I just do not enjoy the culture from the corporate side. GMs are treated like the gum on someones shoe but yet we are the ones doing all of the work.

TP: I was a bit overwhelmed at first because this would be the very first time working in the coporate world. However, TP and it's staff were kind, accomodating, and understanding enough to people like me who are inexperienced.
TP: It is great to experience working with people coming from different walks of life.
TP: So far, in my 3 days of work/training, it has been slow paced so it's quite relaxing. I have coworkers who are fun to be with.

LG Electronics North America: We set goals and often our daily work does not contribute to those goals. Stressful , always must produce a number to prove our work or result. Often after sending reports they are never read. I have to send reports just for sake of sending a report. Every 3 to 5 years there is a management change.
LG Electronics North America: I love what I do, but am afraid of the constant change of direction from the higher ups. I am afraid of one of those changes being my job, as I have seen them do with others. I need more autonomy and less micromanaging.

LG Electronics North America: I'm treated very well. My biggest issue is IT systems. They are confusing and rarely work properly (Not the computers themselves, they work great). I'm talking about LG Cloud, EP, GSFS, Learning management systems, internet speed/latency.

Flex: My overall experience at work has been mixed. While I've had some positive interactions and experiences, there have been instances where I felt marginalized or not fully included as part of the team by my manager.

Harbor Freight Tools: A good source of tools and general use products. Not necessarily the best tool available but often the best tool for the price. Large selection of quality tools and accessories. Knowledgeable and friendly store staff, always eager to assist you with your store experience.
