I was a bit overwhelmed at first because this would be the very first time working in the coporate world. However, TP and it's staff were kind, accomodating, and understanding enough to people like me who are inexperienced.

The most positive about the culture and environment at TP is that they're inclusive.

As I've mentioned earlier, the best things about my team is that they're all friendly, supportive, and very cooperative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my opinion, the best part about my compensation package is the HMO. That is what I'm after all along.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The trainers were considerate and passionate about their job. The team, alongside with my other trainees, were very friendly, supportive, and cooperative.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy the most at work is I get to see my coworkers, which I considered as my friends, and work alongside with them.
