Aimbridge is like Mr. Krabs from SpongeBob; they would sell their employee for pocket change. I have been with the company for 14 years and had two hotels sold. Aimbridge told me I was SOL and could apply for a job at another property.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you want to earn a higher salary, you have to leave your property. 3-5% salary increase is a terrible joke when i can move between hotels and earn up to 10k more. Why stay at one property for longer than a year if my pay is pathetic and doesnt match inflation?
