The small amount of true friends I have at work despite of seeing them occasionally brings me enough joy, tranquility and one reason to just atleast stay in the company.
Empathy from upper management, recognizing loyalty and tenurity of their agents especially in checking their performance before doing drastic changes that really affects the mental and emotional state of their employees. Adequate bonuses and incentives for people who performed well with attendance.
The merit increase is not worth based on what I expected and what I have performed. There is no incentive bonus for atleast people who are performing when it comes to their attendance. Transportation allowance is only limited to certain shifts. No annual increase based on tenurity in the company.
Empathy, recognizing and appreciation of tenurity and loyalty of their employeesas well as safety. The building in LWT is not safe anymore all employees are long been worried about the safety of our lives everytime we were in production floor especially in Bays A&B. The floor in bay A is shaking.
