They care about new hires, and they dont care of tenure employees. Also new sites are not taken care of as well as the older sites. I feel we are an afterthought. They care once it has happen and not before. They dont have any preventive work.

Our pay increase yearly its like nothing.

They do their best considering we dont get much in exchange.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Take better analysis of your tenured workers and not just focus on new hires.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Take in consideration their multiple offices or sites. They only do good things on the main ones.
