Positive attitude despite the situation in the company, helping each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Honest and open communication within the team, friendly and positive vibe, helping each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lowest salaries in the field, also almost no upgrade in salary for higher positions. Weird merit calculations where someone who has been rated a lower grade gets higher merit than someone who has been rated the highest score.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to the employees more, act faster, respond and solve issues faster, it is frustrating to wait for months for a reply or solution, make the company less like a prison with all the ridiculous restrictions, increase salaries, because they are the lowest in the field, enable Bluetooth.
