As I am still right at 6 months in my career at Aimbridge getting to know more the culture. That being said, so far a good experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to solve guest issues to make their stay more enjoyable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe there is a true spirit to serve the guest at all times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we are a very diverse group that represents in real time our society. We find and accentuate the commonalities as opposed to focusing on the differences between us. We do our best to find common ground to grow as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am hopeful that I am accepted to the management training program I was recommended for by my GM. I feel there is much I could bring to Aimbridge from my years of experience. I also feel professionally Aimbridge could help me grow as a valuable asset to the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have had the most time working with our GM Gigi Vincent-Hudgins. She has provided great coaching and interest in my pursuit of growing within Aimbridge. I feel fortunate to be a part of her team and the entire team I have the privilege of working with at Element Austin Domain.
