I am happy with the company as a whole, however I am not happy that I feel I am not being paid fairly for the work that I am doing.

We all work together especially during this transition to make sure that the guests are happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been doing the work of a GM for months and have taken any training offered, I have been an Acting GM for a month and am still being paid as AGM. My merit raise was not anything near what I have worked to earn.
