I think the culture has improved from a few years ago. I love my job and my team. I love what I do and I have the attitude daily that I "get" to go to work, not "have" to.

The guests and coworkers I regularly encounter.

We communicate and share encouragement and best practices amongst all of us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that others doing to same job are paid more with less time on the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with and how we are able to take care of our guests and have fun.

The people we employ are fantastic for the most part. I think upper management, especially mine, are better than years past.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am unsure since my leadership has only been in place for a few weeks. My previous leader was so caring and supportive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The "Team" factor. I feel we all have each others backs and genuinely care about each other. We have fun while getting the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. They make everything we all do on a daily basis worth it all. We all work so well together and I love the majority of my guests.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am told and shown that I am appreciated. I have my leaders full support when needed. I am made to feel that what I do is important and recognized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are low across the board and I feel increases are in order for everyone. The incentive structure makes up for a lot if you are able to attain the goals.
