I love my hotel and GM. We have recently had some management turnover which has caused a decrease in moral. I fear our effectiveness as a team is declining despite consistent efforts from most of the staff to uphold the Aimbridge policies and way of operating.

We support and look out for each other. We celebrate accomplishments and coach one another when there is a need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My General Manager is exceptional. He cares about his staff and supports us as we drive to meet company and personal goals.
