Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HIgh achiement is not recognized fairly. Low turnover goal for year is off. It does not match what GSS does for hotels that do it right everyday. Plus say you beat sales by 1 million, no kicker for that. flow is recognized but maximizing revenue is not rewarded. Profit sharing needs to vest fas
