T-Mobile: Compensation depends on hiring manager's fairness. Seeing wildly different salaries for same work with comparable experience. HR doesn't' care.
Target: After working my butt off for 18 months, i learned that i am worth 2%more to the company than people who haven't been hired yet. It's disheartening to say the least

I see institutional derivativeness creeping in. Groups and divisions are sub-optimzing to make their own metrics look better.

Waste Management: They forget to pay you what they promise to pay you. They know it's hard to track.
Subway: Horrible management, no proper training,health safety hazards, no first aid kits for in case of cuts or minor injuries, manager picks an chooses there favorites and gives them special treatment compared to other workers.

Dollarama: All the employees seem to just be tasking. No customer interaction. Cash needs more attention. Having one person handling - jumping back & forth is not acceptable and very optics.Cash is the last and often only interaction with customer, so it has to be good. Don't replace with auto check outs.
Rivian: I want one badly. Drove by one and had to stop and stare at how beautiful it was. Started doing some research and am intrigued by this whole company.

UC San Diego: Improvement on Transparency. During the registration process for the certificate programs, be clear and concise about all requirements. Allow students to apply and find out if they are approved or not before accepting tuition fees. If UCSD continues the current process, lawsuits will increase.

Fry's Food: hired on, first day doing the computer based learning, i was instructed to segregate myself from other staff and customers on account of my gender status. 1964 civil rights act prevents this, but frys foods, or kroger, singled me out anyways, and treated me different as a transgendered individual
Publix Super Markets: Best part of Publix was closed on Sunday and the associate bonuses and they are both gone now.
Discount Tire: A great group of people that love to help out other people!
Cracker Barrel: Very busy always scripting to every customer to buy a product special. Changing displays about every month.

7-Eleven: Management, Field consultants, and human resources are unbelievably ignorant. None of them care about bullying amongst staff members, they don't care about managers belittling their staff. They don't care, your a body behind a till that's it.

Best Western: BEST WESTERN has sold it's name without the quality and service clients have grown accustomed to. Properties operate independently with little to no accountability. Stayed at the Aventura location which smelled of chemicals. The property owner didn't care because he had the money.
YRC Worldwide: This company is terrible. Yup
Spectrum: Today I had to go into the store to pay my bill after no success online, thru chat, or with a live agent. The people at the Gastonia store told me my card was blocked for a charge back before even looking up my account! I've never been late or had a returned charge. I went straight to Verizon.
U.S. Security Associates: Great place to retire from
Concentrix: I am relatively new (under one year). What I love about the company is they want you to ask questions and push back when something does not make sense. I love seeing if there are better ways to innovate and transform.

Pottery Barn: Stop delivering damaged furniture (and daged replacement pieces. They're logistics team is the worst and often months delayed when it says in stock ans ready to ship. Improve customer service who is often rude ans dishonest.

ADP: I love this company, by far the best I've ever worked for. My only complaint with ADP is our strict 3x2 hybrid model. For many of our roles, working from home is more efficient, productive and allows for better work/life balance. However, the executive leadership doesn't seem to understand this.

Iron Mountain: I have been rewarded for my hard work with exposure to new business lines, travel for training, and other opportunities for personal development. There are few opportunities for front line workers to advance as this part of the organization seems very lean.
VERITAS TECHNOLOGIES LLC: I have never worked at a company that respects the employee as much as this one - focus is on innovation, new ideas and making sure we keep healthy with all that we are getting done. Medical benefits are amazing as well.

Iron Mountain: Overall, my experience has been very positive and I have improved my skills since joining Iron Mountain. I do question some of the decisions made by our leadership. In these instances, leadership does not recognize the downstream impact of these decisions on the customer-facing teams.
Iron Mountain: Work at Iron Mountain is a double edged sword. On one side we're doing exciting and interesting work with the greatest people in the business. On the other side you are not fairly compensated for that work.
