Labcorp: I'm a metalhead, so the fact that I get to listen to music while I work makes the job blissful.
Iron Mountain: It has been a wonderful experience working at Iron Mountain. It's an incredible team and the culture is open and inclusive. There are ups and downs, like everywhere, but it is a rewarding place to work and the people are so great to work with.
Iron Mountain: If you're not interested in advancing your career and don't mind fielding constant conflicting demands from leadership then it's fairly stable. Career progression is unclear and leadership is too unstable to count on. Leaders always seem to be external hires with their own teams being brought in.

Iron Mountain: Culture and Diversity is lacking - we have a black woman in charge of diversity, but still have not figure out what she does. Our culture team, is a joke, we have no idea what they do or even promote culture. I have so many ideas to say

Matterhorn strategy does not feel actionable to teams on the ground. This leads to challenges for my team daily and we struggle to maintain resilience.

Iron Mountain: I had the oportunity to learn a lot during these years and to improve my skills, not necessary due to the trainings offered by the company but more due to the challanges. Here you have to do everything by yourself if you want to move mountains otherwise everything will get stuck to other departments

Wendy's: The only positive part of working at Wendy's is meeting the few genuine people. Most of my coworkers were ex-convicts, aggressive, addicts (drinking on the job, smoking, etc), pedophiles, and more. There were only a few good people at the job, most of whom were minors and this is there first job.

But, honestly, the rates they offer compared to the competition are very low and unattractive.

Lumen (formerly CenturyLink): The old manager who interviewed me was extremely disorganized. Since I started working there, they insisted my job title was something completely different from the title on my contract and the job I was offered. They were not honest about the scope of the role at all.

GardaWorld: better pay motivation and bonus.. and overtime should be on indivual need not on senority we all have life outside work
Medtronic: The culture and positive reinforcement within each team.
Aflac: Aflac is a great place to work! We get the support and training that we need, and we even got interest free loans during the pandemic, in the amount of $50M to the Field Force! We also were provided with free WebEx accounts as well as calendar tools to be able to continue doing our jobs. Love it!

Costco: Some of the members of staff and the music.
Walmart: Most of my co-workers are nice, but the complaints we have about management and customers is endless. But they are usually warranted.
Panera Bread: The most positive about the environment are the guests.
Spectrum: The service with Spectrum has been declining rapidly in recent months. I work from home and am at risk of losing contracts due to the constant connectivity issues and mass outages that last hours. It's becoming a daily occurance.
AIA Group: strive to be better and find better way in collaborating and achieving the target
Brookdale Senior Living: The residents are the only positive at this place

Publix Super Markets: It's very refreshing when I'm greeted in a Publix upon entering the store.
