Expand on how you treat your employees. There has been a mass exodus and no one seems to care
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay and benefits could be MUCH better. It is incredibly expensive to insure a family and then the added costs when something unexpected happens.

our benefits are crazy expensive, there is really no one developing me here, it is sad, good people are leaving for more pay and benefits

extremely over worked, those that know what they are doing work 10X harder and then the newer folks coming in are not trained and dont have the work ethic desired
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is pretty divided. There are some snakes in the grass on my team. There are others who are more like family. I really wish we were more cohesive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are extremely expensive for my family. I would love to see a COLA adjustment especially for those who have been working through all the inflation and no increase in pay.
