TaskUs has always been my home since I started there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We love each other. We support each other. We lift each of the team who needs lifting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ridiculously amazing, awesome, the best!!!! TU will always be the 1st company I would love the most in terms of BPO industry. JUST RIDICULOUSLY THE BEST!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Please raise the Basic Salary. People at TaskUs especially TEAM LEADERS are working as hard as the upper leadership team but their salary is still not enough considering the job and how high the expenses Bohol demands due to its overpriced grocer items and everything else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are resilient and supportive. I commend most especially my Team Leader Darah Relamida. I just wish you will give her a raise or push her to be at the top. She deserve it. Also, I commend my QS Jane Bentulan for always doing a great job for handling her responsibilities with finesse.
