It was a good experience but from a couple off months I am feeling more towards a bad experience.

The actual reason of my process shift timings (Fixed shift)
What are some of the best things about your team?
As I working in a chat process so whenever I need help my coworkers help despite if they are still on 3 chat.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
First we need to do more activities to engage people personally not just in Virtually. Also there should be conduct meetings about the salary structure as we are not aware the proper benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a person who is loyal towards the company and completed their responsibility, I should get proper appraisal after getting a 4 rating the appraisal amount is only 500 Rs with this speed if I wish to get appraisal of 5000 INR I need to work for 10 years.
