It is very stressful but I can still manage on how to communicate in my teammates and can give us strength when our leader is very postive.

It makes me happy that I have a job in this company ang that's the only thing that I'm happy about.

About the compensation package the best of it is how we can still use it in our daily lives in my parents in need and my daily needs

The best in my team is how can find some solutions quickly if it needed and we can communicate each other if we have some questions that needed to be answered.

On how they can lead the team is very amusing because they can help their teammate when they are having some problems in their client and they can lead our team on a positive way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive about the culture and environment of the company is how they can still present the culture even though we are in the company they give us some entertainment about the culture in a very positive and lively environment.
