GE Vernova: I am not new to GE since 2009 i worked at different projects as SQM and not hired as PQM. working for GE brings the respect from contractors and customers.

ArcBest: I love working at ArcBest. I moved to Fort Smith to work here and I can't imagine myself happier at another company. We recently improved our vacation policy, which previously would have been the only negative attribute I'd have called out. We are truly now a 10 out of 10 company to work for.

ArcBest: They helped pay for graduate school to move me into my next position. The benefits are outstanding and the culture is upbeat and fun.
ArcBest: There's not much career mobility.
Honeywell: I'm a new hire and there appears to be a lot of potential. Direction after on boarding could stand to be improved. Getting access to programs required to do my job takes longer than it should but management has reasonable expectations concerning this. Health insurance is absolutely terrible.

Its overworking employees and dropping morale. You're strengthing your bottom line but worsening your workforce. It will come crumbling down eventually.

Labcorp: No pay increases for employees that have been with the company for years. Despite raising the new higher rate for new employees. Makes the current employees feel very undervalued.
Verizon: Great Company with Opportunity to Grow
Chipotle: Loved it for the first two years. Was pushed into management and made a GM with little to no training. Brought my concerns to my FL and he told me to be patient, then he quit. My team is poorly trained because I'm poorly trained. I submitted my 2 weeks and can't wait to be done here.

Sport Clips: I absolutely love this company and it has become a career for me that I never dreamed I would have!
JPMorgan Chase & Co: Understanding that markets perform differently across the country. They need to understand the way people communicate is changing and people do not answer the phone anymore
Goodwill: Understanding that different workers have different roles. I'm not able to remain productive and content at work if I'm constantly having to worry about meaningless rules that are only used to lessen morale and control workers, like dress codes or forcing introverted employees to be more social.
