Spectrum: Increase the service to equal what it is supposed to be according to their sales team and advertising. Improve customer service, billing, and support. They have difficulty knowing anything that the other departments have been doing for a customer. It's been very frustrating.

Circle K: Perfomance based bonus opportunities, larger employee meal compensation because it used to cover more circle k products now I end up having to spend some out of pocket.

Bunnings Warehouse: Communication. It would be nice if they would come out of the office every once in a while. How are the performance reviews accurate if they never NEVER see you work.
