It's the most diverse company i've ever worked for - i beleive the HR team cares about the people the support. Lots of flexibility and stretch opportunities. The company tries to do the right thing.

Most leaders seem personable and approachable.

Welcoming and supportive work environment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that it's 100% work-from-home. Everyone is supportive of those with families.
What are some of the best things about your team?
how quickly everyone embraced each other and willing to work together - no hierarchy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team and immediate leader seem to really care about everyones wellbeing. We do the best we an with the little we have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work remotely so I save on gas and commute. There is tons of flexibility at Foundever so it makes up for their shortfalls.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager is caring, extremely intuitive, and not afraid of a challenge. What I love best is regardless of what's going on, she checks in on her team members.
What makes you most happy at work?
New challenges every day- get me out of my comfort zone. No gate keepers - everyone expected to do their part and invited to have a seat at the table.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, no one is afraid to say they don't know something. Actually - here, it's okay not to know because if you don't most likely others don't either, but we work together to figure it out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems family-oriented (whatever your family looks like). Everyone talks about their kids, pets, parents, social groups, hobbies or their home happenings, it's okay to take a call and grab a snack or lunch, and it's normal, that's a great feeling.
