if they compensate fair especially when you have your benefits hrs left and you have your absences that not been approved undr vto or pto...they deducted the allowances or the benefits that you have.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they have their own group or teams only their teams are they concerned if you dont have they didnt.mind you at all especially you commit mistakes they are making it issue to make you feel down
