I am with Catalyst and we were acquired less than a year ago, so lots of changes happening, but there have been many people to help us transition along the way. Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd.: The leadership team needs to be more compassionate and in touch with their employees, the working environment and how their decisions affect employees on a day-to-day basis. They will be much better if they managed from the common experience rather than in their ivory towers.
