I guess it's the Team perspective and vibe
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be much better if were being paid fairly or at least the basic is same with the other campaign.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lucky, I belong to one of he best team here in Sitel, I got the privilege to work with the best Coaches and accommodating Managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about the team is their effort in reaching out to each and everyone, making sure that everyone is attended fairly. This is also one of the reason I stayed with Sitel aside from the fact that the environment is welcoming and learning is indefinite.
