communication from HR, Administration, and client. organisation overall and going the extramile

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

my coworkers are good people, the issue is in the way business is conducted

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

a wellness session for us with the TL, I strongly think this is how it should be

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

having the ability to give feedback and suggestions via electronic suggestion box with our names for the purpose of fair credit when it is due, also it is impossible to balance personal finance when the salary is paid divided in half, this needs to be solved in a creative way!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

lining up - communication, vision, and organization. overall it feels like a big mess, changes happen all the time but they are not proactive, they are not organized, also the team meetings are useless the TL is not motivated he doesn't update you probably on what is happening and what you should do
