So far, all the things that make an employee stay they have extended an effort to improve/work on. Although, I think we still have room for better compensation offers/packages.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the department that I belong in, I like that the leadership team is already passed all the evasiveness and is more focused on issue resolution than the cause.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my basic compensation is not as competitive as other centers here in Cebu for my role/position however, I am confident that my teammates and I have done better jobs in completing tasks and deadlines.
