Foundever: My first 2 years is great! salary, incentives, benefits, management, team, account and colleagues are all good and fair. However, as the years past by, it slowly getting worse. Salary no longer increase, benefits that I previously enjoyed is now limited, I feel demotivated and taken for granted.

Foundever: Instead of increasing salary - Sitel focuses on acquisition of useless apps and other materials. Technology used is very dated. No salary increase and is biased to certain departments. Sitel focuses on external appearances but is rotting from within.

Flowserve: The experience at this facility has been positive. The company lacks in training new employees. It lacks a responsive and easy to work with Information Technology (IT) department. Procedures for requesting IT issues takes long times, is not clear how & where to request it and leads to frustration
Whataburger: My experience at Whataburger over all has been interesting. But I do enjoy going to work everyday. The constumers are awesome and my co-workers are all very nice.

No one left behind if it is about promotion, they constantly prioritize the internal staffs if they have higher vacant position. It's definitely 10/10 if you want me to rate it.

Concentrix: CNX is one of the best company there is. You will gain a lot of valuable skills and experience. When I talk to people who left the company, they have nothing but praise for CNX in terms of technology, processes, procedures, etc. The only downside is the not so good compensation.

Flowserve: I feel like from the interview they made it seem really different then how it actually is. I somtimes feel overwhelmed becuse i dont believe training prepared me for actual task , i also feel like they expect us to think outside the box but sometimes we dont even know what the box is

I know other companies disregarded my abilities and experience because of my age. I continue to feel valued at Workday.

Workday: Good TALK about culture; but, not living up to expectations that they frequently talk about. Seem to be more focused on growth at the expense of the culture. We are becoming the company that we talked about NEVER being--that is big, bureaucratic and unfriendly.
Concentrix: Overall this has been a good place to work for someone in my situation, which is someone who changed careers to have a better work life balance and the ability to go back to school. This job will provide me with the experience to get something better.
